Midnight melancholy

It so happened that I got acquainted with the works of Boris Grokh, Alexei Andreev, Simon Stalenhag and Andrei Tkachenko almost simultaneously. During that period of my life (I worked as a civilian designer, and tried to get used to the new environment), I just discovered ArtStation and a galaxy of its artists. Also, it so happened that I became interested in the band Linkin Park, and so now the song "BURN IT DOWN" is strongly associated with robots, flying cars of sovokpank, dull panel house, anomalous areas, and strange creatures, both scary and lost.
The result is such a strange world, sad and depressing, living on the remnants of a grand past, where there were space starships, flying cars and a bright view of the future, now covered with rust, snow and concrete.
I can consider this work a full-fledged fan art based on the work of Boris Grokh, as the influence of other digital artists is not noticeable here. Taking this opportunity, I would like to express my gratitude to Boris, as he inspired me and pushed me to find my place in the digital industry. Thank you, and a low bow!
